Help installing rear LED fog

I'm tooling with the idea of mounting a rear fog light bar (F1 type). Wanting it lit whenever parking/headlights are switched on.

I've been looking at a few samples from PIAA and Hella but wonder how to connect it...? Anyone electrically inclined who could help would be appreciated.

I drive a NA version which doesn't have an integrated fog.
