Heated half leather M sports seats for sale

I did notice them advertised on ebay. That's not really on :o

I don't think they're even worth anywhere near that anyway.

Wouldn't buy them on principal, would have done for original price and actually fitted them in my zed

I have some you can have :). Would consider a swap for you’re and cash

Yep, same here. It’s a real shame when something like this happens. I thought the op sold them for a fair price and I was looking forward to see them fitted in a members car. Not on eBay ... :(

Add 375gbp to the forum price and they are yours :-)

Surely they’re not the same seats that have just sold on here?
Rob

I'd say yes as that seller is in Stoke where the buyer on here said he was from.. I've bought stuff from him in the past.

Guys, I've asked the OP to send them outside the UK but wouldn't do it.
It's ok, really, I understand. No hard feelings.
I actually was in search some months ago and I decided to buy and custom fit Lotus Elise seats, which suit me perfect. My problem is that my dad also loves the Zed and wants to drive it but can't with the lotus seats because he sits too low and can't see as he's pretty short.
I decided to change my lotus seats and give him a BIG surprise, so if anyone is willing to sell in a reasonable price and send outside the UK ....

Yeah, same seats... looking into it now

Dang :( that'll suck if confirmed for sure - defo un-forum-friendly profiteering like that!! I certainly won't be selling anything to Mr Z if it's proved to be the case (Not that he'd want to buy anything off me anyways lol)

youd have to be insane to pay 875 for half leather non heated m seats anyway, hope he's stuck with them forever.

He’s made a fair bit off other items he has bought on here... view his ebay profile... other items for sale.... them filter by “sold”

I think ‘Mr Z’ was a potential buyer

I think he was the buyer!

Would be good for OP or someone to clarify. Whoever it is, they need banning

That really wouldn't be in the spirit of the forum.

Definitely same guy, reading through his other posts on here he mentions about being located around stoke and his ebay profile pic is of Stoke City FC

I dunno, it's easy to make Mr Z the villain here but really anyone who's prepared to run the gauntlet of an ebay sale would in my eyes be entitled to a profit. I'm sure the OP could have put them on ebay him/herself and realised a better price, maybe, but, he put them on here, not necessarily out of 'forum spirit' but perhaps because it's a total and utter ball ache selling on ebay.
I would quite happily lose a few £ off the value of the item I'm trying to sell for the ease of selling to a forum member, something I've done many times in the past. If they want to resell it somewhere else I couldn't really give a toss quite frankly, and I don't see why anyone else should either.

it does say in the rulez section to be fair Tom - I guess it just depends on how you interpret them with regard to flogging stuff bought cheap on here then selling elsewhere :

General Rules

You may only sell personally owned items which are legal to sell

Pro-traders are prohibited from using our marketplace

Profiteering:

Items must not be sold for more than the original price paid by the seller including any post and packing charges.

There are exceptional circumstances where common sense needs to be applied to the profiteering rules. E.g.
- selling an item that was given free with another retail purchase or contract
- selling an item received through a work incentive or birthday/Xmas present
- adding P&P when forwarding a brand new shop bought bargain

But are the profiteering rules only for selling back to the forum?

Hence what I said, depends on how you interpret the rules.

With spectre showing an interest in this thread I presume it's the case.

Yes, but doing what he did isn’t playing fair. Items are sold on the forum cheaper usually as the seller would like an forum member to benefit, not flog straight on for a profit.
