Apparently you can tighten the leather with a heat-gun (very carefully I would imagine)

If that works and I don't need to spend too much restoring them, I may look into retrofitting heat... the heated pad set is a little over £100. Not sure what else is needed under the seat. Will investigate. Also lookup our new member from a couple month back with aftermarket heating.
Not a bad day's work - will feel better when they arrive.
