I don't seem to be able to see the photos Chris posted,do I need to see an optician?

Heat-gun = disaster for me.

Couldn't be bothered to upload to photobucket so used the preview images from the email. Happy to forward the email containing the pic to anyone who need them :P

Would've considered them myself but haven't got a spare £500 in the lead up to Christmas. :(

no worries Chris,I just thought as you've got the photos,it will help the other people interested.

I know what you mean about Christmas and no money, have spent too much recently.

with ebay offers,I think you can make 3 offers and that's it,so,I'd try my luck (but that's me  )

Keen to see the additional photos just out of interest - I'll PM you me email address chris.

Don't worry, I don't have any intention of bidding as I'm really after heated ones. But from the photo on ebay these ones look f**ked - that leather surely isn't meant to be as loose as that...

(I didn't see them at £800 but certainly recall seeing them at £600 before they dropped to £500)

Sold for £420.

Makes me wince compared to what I paid for my black, heated M Sports last year. Oh well, at least my leather is lovely and tight though!

After a little discussion, I took the plunge... at that price there is enough left over to get the sorted if needs be. Seller seems like a decent chap. Like the M ones Rich sold recently I don't think they will be as bad as the pictures. But I'm not expecting miracles.

Mine were a little ruffled. I used a hairdryer. Now almost perfect.
Good advice, and sounds less drastic than playalistic's hot air gun, thanks Daffy!

If that works and I don't need to spend too much restoring them, I may look into retrofitting heat... the heated pad set is a little over £100. Not sure what else is needed under the seat. Will investigate. Also lookup our new member from a couple month back with aftermarket heating.

Not a bad day's work - will feel better when they arrive.

Almost forgot, JonW, thanks for the headsup :thumbs up: (I hope!)

Nothing ventured nothing gained!! At that price you'll at least get your cash back if you decide to sell them on

More like he just wanted them gone for some xmas money

Well you're braver than me! I considered them too but still thought the asking price was too high for not being heated (wasn't sure on retrofitting the heating pads) and the apparent condition.

They sound like a bargin, I bought the last set of ebay without door cards for £700(yes over priced I know) and was a bit worried about the pics of them but were lots better than photos so I am sure they will be good
