That's a shame, and a bit like having a bad experience with a woman and vowing to never touch one again.
Overall the Z4 M is a pretty solid car but the rear springs do seem to be a bit naff. However with the crap roads we have combined with hard suspension, that doesn't help either. Apparently among the U.S folks this problem isn't so common, better roads?.
Just about to have my car MOT'd and certain it has a second broken spring. This one has covered some 57000 miles now which isn't bad really, the other rear spring was replaced last year. Small price to pay for the FUN and enjoyment the car provides.
