Hardtop Group Buy, This Is A Superb Deal

Thought I would "bump" this up, as there are only two days left to order!!

Also in answer to one question I have been asked concerning warranty etc, these hardtops are covered by BMW,s 2 year warranty as normal, and in the event of any problems, it can be sorted by any BMW dealer.

Sounds like a great idea.......but I cant help on this occasion. But if anyone who has placed an order wants a stand or a cover I will gladly offer a preferential deal!

Cover seperately RRP £57.75..............Offer £50.00 Inc VAT
 
I may be interested in a hard top.

Does anyone know if this is something that would affect insurance? My current insurance company is a little picky. I asked about changing the factory wheels to other factory wheels and they wanted £250 extra on top of the policy!
 
I dont see why it should, but would be worth a call just to make sure,

Gonna give them a call tomorrow see what they say. I wouldn't think its an issue either but you never know.

Hi guys, I am new in the forum and I am pleased to inform you that I have placed an order for a hardtop as well.
I have to say this is a fantastic forum so keep up the excellent work. :)
 
Called the insurance they want £200 per year extra if I have a hard top. That's pretty much half of the cost of my insurance on top again.

So thank you for arranging it however I can't take one right now.

I'll have to wait until next year when I change to a different insurance company, see if there will be another group buy or get a used one.

or you just don't tell them. or if you really want to tell them don't use it until you renew?
