I'm old enough to remember my dad's car when 100000 rolled back to zero 
It had 73 when I got it April 2012 so done a fair few miles in it!
It's done a few trips to Scotland, Switzerland road trip, Paris to name a few! I was 18 the last time I owned a car with over 100k!!! Loose tappets and everything on that though! (Mk2 fiesta!)
These seem to be bullet proof though!

Posted about the bushes on your thread. But an M3 ARB is a great addition. Just get a second hand one sandblast and paint it. It will look like new
Mine hit 65k this morning mechanically perfect. BUT rattles and squeaks like a b1tch!!!! Luckily the exhaust is quite loud so i don't have to listen to them!
We will put a few more K on them with this Euro trip next year
