Had a little accident this morning

You should insist the new 108 is split and painted as part of the claim, can't be classed as betterment as thats how it was before - infact you'd be in a worse position that before as you'd have to pay for the 108s to be split on the other 3 wheels to match this one.

Steve is right,
I'm not to fussed as they needed doing anyway, something like this will make it happen unless I can find a set of 224s. Don't really and to go to 19s so that rules out CSL reps and 313s
Might try and ask if I can have the old wheel back as I know the bolts are always handy to keep.
BMW are only replacing it as they don't do full refurbs and I'm sure it can be repaired

They'll only return to standard if you are the party at fault, you weren't therefore you need to be put back into the position you were before. Example here is if you crash into a gold plated Lamborghini, would the other party expect/accept just a standard paint job - not a chance.
