Had a little accident last night :(

I had very similar damaged to my 320d when I ran into and over an exhaust silencer thrown up by the car in front on the motorway. My wing liner went taking the temperature sensor and the wiring with it so I can't easily fit a new sensor. I bought a new wheel arch liner and bodged it together onto the undertray as the mounting points had split, and fitted a second hand fog light. It only cost about £30-£50, but I didn't try to fix the split in the bumper.
Hopefully it'll be relatively inexpensive and straight forward got you to fix it yourself.

Sorry to here this mate, gutting as your car looked so good :( still if its about £350 to make it as good as new and you were not hurt so all will be good again soon I'm sure!

sorry to hear mate.... I did the exact same thing a while back - front clipped a high curb at about 30 mph the car ran over it with no damage to suspension etc as i had it all checked out ... my first 'crash' ever in 10 years, a large mark on the lower lip on the bumper but it didnt crack it must have spang back out... you will need a new wheel arch lining (35 quid ebay) , new triangular plastic piece that the temp sensor fits onto that has the aero spoiler/mud guard attached to it (40 quid BMW) a new set of those plastic clips as they will be all broken off. You will also need the little black platic clip at 22 quid that the bumper slots into next to the headlight as it will be most definitely broken. Send your bumper off for repair and respray and your talking 500 at most. I wouldn't get the insurance involved as your premium whichever way you look at it will increase along with the fact you have to pay your excess which will most likely be getting on towards the repair cost.
