Had a flat battery, now got these dashes on the radio where the clock should be?

Flat battery, replaced it. But now this shows up on both the dash and the radio where the clock should be? Everything appears to work and there doesn't seem to be a way to set the clock using the usual procedure?

Will give that a pop, didn't seem to work earlier though.

Anything else likely to have been reset? Someone mentioned needing to reset the window operation?

Suck it & see, do you still have one touch window operation?

Yes, once touch is there I think. Clocks fixed, chaps......ta. Worked this time.

Just notced you sorted it whilst I was writing this post, I lifted the details from owners handbook

Using the buttons below the speedo and rev counter
The left button (S/R for Set/Reset) is used to reset the trip odometer reading, to call up the
test functions and to call up the reset menu for the service interval indicator.
The right button (clock symbol) is used to set the time and to switch the service interval
indicator (remaining distance/service date or vice versa). (To set clock, press and hold button
#2 until hour flashes, then tap to change hour, press and hold again until minutes
appear.)

A frequent issue of our cars going into transport mode can crop up when there have been battery issues. The car closes down some of the electrical functions to conserve what power is left in the battery for starting. Transport mode usuall stops the aircon and heated rear window from working and convertable top. The fix is to plug in diagnostics and reset the cars mode to Normal. BMW Scanner 1.4 diagnostics on a laptop can do this. Creator 310+ although its listed in the menu it is not functional using their latest version release, maybe will on future updates. Latest version is Ver.12.1
