Had a chance to get some photos and drive at night. 4300k what an improvement πŸ‘πŸ‘

I can actually seeπŸ˜€
My bulb holders came yesterday, guessing they push fit into the optical housing then the hid bulbs twists into the metal bulb holder?

That outputs nice, i have brand new units so im hoping they should be like from factory output once again, driving with the halogens is just dangerous LOL :D

The first slot over the new bulb. Then holding firmly the twist in place as the original did. You can not use the original as they don’t have a slot to pass the wire through

Hi guys,

Could you pass me your opinion on this having just opened the pack to inspect? I dont think I will get a reply back from Xenonbulbs today now. Having changed many a halogen bulb but never seen the xenon before, does this bulb look correct to you? To me is appears "dirty", what do you think, normal no problem to install or hold off?

Both bulbs in the set are similar?

Hi guys,

Good to see the upgrade with some pics, I too am looking to instal and HID kit to my E86, as the factory halogens are dreadful.

Would someone mind clarifying if this is the correct HID kit with:
- Slim balast box
- No error codes

https://www.hids-direct.co.uk/h7-35w-ultra-slim-canbus-hid-xenon-conversion-kit/

or

https://www.xenonbulbs.co.uk/HID-Kits-H7-35W-TERMINATOR

Looking at the 5000k colour

Thanks

My instal was the terminator kit. I would go for the 4300k if you want to see at night. The 5000k is too blue so the light is absorbed and you can not see it. But that’s just my opinion

So they are in. While very much whiter than the h7 Philips nothing in comparison to the modern leds. Got full beams on in this photo on the z so slightly yellowed. Without the car next to it as comparison looks very white. Not had much chance to test on the open road yet but couple miles in they look good!

Hi

Just got this as my Terminator kit - is it the same?
What do I attach the spade connectors to?
What bit kills me if I touch it?

The spade connectors go in your current light connector. PMd you with my number. Happy to give advice πŸ‘πŸ˜‰
