Gruppe M Vs. Eventuri

Hi guys,

Does anyone have any experience or input on the Gruppe Vs Eventuri. You may have seen their is a used Gruppe up for sale at a similar price to a new Eventuri and I was wondering which is the best bang for my buck?

Want to add some of a growl to the car, without playing with the exhaust.

Does the wet oil filter on the Gruppe cause any issues with the MAF?

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but couldn't find it in the search.

Just re read this thread. Did anyone ever manage to do the side by side comparison?

From what I can gather the GruppeM is slightly louder than the Eventuri but new costs almost double.

Is Graeme's tempting you?

Pop round a have a listen to mine then decide if it's loud enough or you want a bit more.

PM sent - thanks

Got a blue eventuri fitted in mine
Love it:)
Loud but not silly loud it suits car as blue
Looks like always lived there
Professional fit and looks
Can't say ref M one but does look slightly in your face for me

That brings it to roughly £560 inc import duty, taxes and shipping - maybe slightly less if they deduct the Aus sales taxes from the stated price..

Thank you to Dan for taking me for a run in his car yesterday - looking and sounding great (the car that is!)

Helped me make up my mind that the Eventuri will be enough for my needs - a great piece of kit

No problem mate. Have you ordered one?

Not yet, returned home from our run out to be told that my good lady has agreed for us to join some friends skiing at the end of Feb so need to stump up for that.

Looks like it will be spring time
