You will need to post pictures of your new acquisition, or you will be about as popular as Prince Harry at William's birthday party.

Et30 is the offset, but probably not a huge consideration for a spare wheel. You would do OK to start on eBay looking for a BMW space saver with the same tyre dimensions as stated. Make sure the bolt pattern is 5 x 120.Ferruccio said:Thanks Zebedee, what does that entail buying in layman's terms?! I'm guessing et30 is something related to offset? I'm not too clued up on wheels so any point in the right direction would be welcomed![]()

Whatever space-saver you get it will need to be at least 17" diameter to clear your front brakes. I had one for my 2nd Coupe that came from an E46 3 Series, but only 330i and 330d had 17" ones as they had the bigger front brakes like the 3.0Si.
Don't forget you'll need a jack and wheel-brace too and if you ever use the space-saver you'll need to put a full-size wheel in the boot!
