I have paid a fee to make sure that if it comes out as my fault which it wont then I don't have to pay a penny and my car insurance company will cover the costs no matter what and pay up to 100,000 in legal fees etc

I was given the chance to buy it back at the cost of £818 as a Cat C as the chassis is bent been paid out pretty good to be honest a lot more than I was expecting
