Glad this only comes around once or twice a year!

Top top work...given that's a 12-year-old car and you're a weekend warrior that's a brilliant finish. The light swirls in mine are really bugging me now when I wash it, the Das Pro will be coming out again when I'm back from Ibiza!

I have time set aside this weekend/early next week to make mine look as smart as possible before we go to the Le Mans Classic.

If I get it looking half as good as this one, I'll be very happy! (I may pass on the stripy carpets though.)

Thanks for the comments - like I said in the title, glad it only comes around a couple of times a year otherwise I would have no weekends!!1

What front splitter do you have?
Saw a glimpse of it on your first post.

It’s just one of the £10 rubber specials from eBay. Easy to replace if it gets marked / ripped off and gives the bumper a bit of depth.

Worth adding I back to black mine to give it that shiny look...it looks a bit pants in the matte (on my car anyway).

Hey Jedi, lovely job on your Z. I love doing these sorts of jobs as well, but finding the time with 3 kids is difficult!!

Re the chin spoiler, is it this?

Thanks.

I'm going to do a bit of a write-up when I'm back from the Classic - maybe a "how to do Le Mans - 24 Hours or Classic" as I think that there's a lot of folk out there who would love to go, but don't know the ropes. Also I'll try to do a bit of a comparison between the 24 Hours (which I've been to loads of times including last year) and the Classic.

Initially it will be just my opinions, but I am sure that others will chip in to make it a more useful, broader and balanced piece.

Mrs R has never, and will never go - she just isn't interested, but Le Mans is on the edge of some great parts of France; e.g. the Loire Valley, the Atlantic coast and all long the north coast are some great places. I am sure that if you could tack on a few extra days for a "proper" bit of holiday, that will get your missus up for it all.

Very much looking forward to the write up.

That looks like hard work. My coupe has become a mistress. So many track days under her belt now.

Just fitted my rubber £10 ebay splitter.... sick of scraping the underneath of the front, so this will cover the marks. Used a self taster with washer in each corner to secure it...

Quite like that pal. Suits the car well...

That's a serious amount of work but a top job you deserved a pint after that

Nice to see someone using AG products they get a bad rap for some reason.
