Full detail done this weekend, and now I’m knackered and it’s back to work tomorrow.
In total I think it was about 22 hours of work. Would have been longer had I not done the engine last week!
STAGE 1 - INTERIOR
Vac, Meguiars back to black all plastic, Gummiphleg all rubber, clean and seal the leather seats and steering wheel with Chemical Guys in matte finish, polish silver bits including pedals, Auto Glym fabric cleaner on mats and boot, Auto Glym Fast Glass on all internal glass (man do I hate doing the inside of the windscreen)

STAGE 2 - FULL DECONTAMINATION
Pre rinse, wheels cleaned with Meguiars Extreme wheel cleaner and small brush for around the nuts and long brush for inside of the alloys, rinse, door sills and all nooks and crannies with Auto Finesse Degreaser spray and brush, heavy rinse, Auto Finesse avalanche snow Foam and brush all tight areas e.g around the lights and side indicators, rinse, 2 bucket wash with Auto Glym shampoo, rinse, tar and glue spray each panel and wipe, rinse, quick dry, fine clay bar with water as lube, towel dry with Meguiars super drying towel, blow hair dry all water out of right areas (don’t tell the Mrs!!), leave overnight.
STAGE 3 - POLISH
Tape up all areas not wanted to be polished, panel wipe with Mr Pink panel wipe, Das Pro first stage polish Menzerna high compound (400), second stage polish Menzerna Menzerna super finish

STAGE 4 - DETAIL
Wheels sealed with Auto Finesse Mint Alloys after panel wipe, tyres dressed with Auto Glym tyre dressing, exhaust polished and dressed, all trim panel wiped then treat with G Techniq trim restorer, glass sealed with Carbon Collective Platinum Glass, paint worked sealed with Carbon Collective Oracle hybrid coating.
Replaced £10 spitter and alloys nuts for some shiny new ones.
