Garage Queen or Winter User?

Just wondering who is a regular winter user of their Zed or tucked away in the garage and why?

Its a car.. Daily drive all the way.. otherwise whats the point..
if its not raining roof off too... heated seats there for a reason :driving:

It's a third car so only very occasional use in the winter. Why? I don't particularly enjoy driving it in colder weather and don't need to.

Full time ish - although if the snow gets as bad as a couple of years ago it aint going anywhere :)

only the 4x4 goes out in this pish :D

Mines a daily which is used all year round... Cleaning all the split rim bolts weekly with a small brush is all part of the fun

Fresh coat of wax and fresh coat of wheel sealant just before the winter months kick in keeps everything in order (Including regular washes).

Cannot let my Coupe taste the terrible salt that is all over the roads here during the winter. So it will stay a garage queen as long as I own it. And that will be for a loooong time.
I guess its why it says 52.000 km (a little over 32.300 miles) on the meter. Not bad for a 2006 model :)

Garage queen.
In the winter it's most of the time on my carlift though.....
Upgrades and it keeps me off the streets

Daily driver here. Having a black Zed has its downsides though as it’s impossible to keep clean. Especially as I live in the rural countryside and during winter the roads basically have a layer of mud constantly on them. Sometimes the drive is a little harder than it would be in the other car in the household. It’s not enjoyable when there are floods and trees down as the concentration needed is shattering. I still however find a least one “good” road to open her up on.

Can’t wait for the summer months for those evening drives with more visibility and dry roads.

Daily drive, 50 miles a day (and enjoying it).
Regulary cleaned too.
If I had a garage, and thought the car would appreciate in value, then it would be a different decision.

out in any weather its only a car and its the only one i have .... the westy doesnt count. :D

i can see why you wouldn't use it in snow like that pic up there or if you had a company daily drive or another car anyway but i wouldn't be scared of our winters or go out and buy a specific daily drive to not use in the winter.

I drive a works van during week so it stays in garage Monday to Friday while I work and comes out to play every weekend.
