Brakepad warning on the left,or could be and sensor as both lights are on.

It can be reset, with the right equipment, and may be an intermittent fault on a sensor.

Shouldn't affect driving,as my wife had this on he 125i could recently and ran about in it for nearly 2 weeks before getting a new sensor, lol

If it's still under warranty, phone BMW Assist!
They have kit onboard the call out vehicle.

It's actually a warranty I got when I bought the car 3 weeks ago. It can goto to any BMW dealership.

If it's an bmw auc warranty then it should have assist as part of the cover? If it's got breakdown cover then those warning lights means it's broken down as you are not sure what they mean.
Worth looking at the policy .

I've had a look and it says check asap.
The round symbol with exclamation mark is dynamic brake control
The triangle with exclamation mark is stability control
