My manual says Dynamic Stability Control, Dynamic Traction Control and Dynamic Brake Control are defective. There is no light coming on when you press the DSC button.

So are you thinking it could be brake pads? I only bought the car 3 weeks ago and it had a full 2 service before I got it as well as MOT'd for a year.

No - it definitely does not indicate pads !
The warning Symbols relate to stability control - if it was me I wouldnt be going on a run out.

Sorry I'm going to miss this run out - I would have liked to have planned around a visit to family in Castle Douglas but as there were reasons for not making the route public, I couldn't do the accommodation booking.
