Guiseley - ha ha that smiley creased me up!!!! yeah it's a shame to put the plate back on and spoil it but dont think the plod would be too impressed otherwise

spr_bimmer - the guy who did mine is doing an offer of £850 (depending on finish) not sure how this tranlates into dollars but it's pretty damn cheap for the UK!!!!

Looks awesome, my only concern is around the door sills and door hinges etc.
Could you please upload some photos of those areas that you never get to see?

Black wheels would definitely be 8)

Havent read this thread until now. WOW! looks great.

How long does is last, and what happens if scratched etc?

Looks really good and I love white cars :)

Just to be clear it does have to be reported to the DVLA. A buddy of mine wrapped his XF and had this response from the DVLA posted after an enquiry.

I quote the the DVLA response from another forum:

The register maintained by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) essentially exists to assist in revenue collection, road safety and law enforcement. The Police and other enforcement agencies rely on the DVLA record for all vehicles-related investigations. It is therefore paramount that the information stored on the vehicle register is accurate and up to date.

DVLA records details given by vehicle manufacturers at first registration. Any changes to the vehicles details must be notified to DVLA by law.

By covering the entire vehicle in a coloured adhesive/vinyl wrap, it is DVLA’s view that the colour change should be recorded.

Thanks for that info cj10jeeper, i was thinking the same as everyone else that there was no need to inform them due to it being a temporary change. i'll nip down there in person tomorrow and see what they say

Much easier to check than explaining at the roadside to a bored officer, or having an insurance claim voided.

Have to say that I am not a great lover of white cars.......however that does look absolutely awesome, good choice to you sir

Looks absolutely awesome  I love the black roof, and I agree with the black rims suggestion...but I think I can still see a touch of the Tango to the indicator in this one:

It looks a little like the orange has been coloured over with a marker pen - is that visible in reality? Might be worth a headlight change perhaps?

Looks great mate, gagging to get this done one day, but the old lights Definately need either light smoke or the quad spots
