brad092489 said:Sorry if you felt you were being messed around Terry. But at no point did we agree a time I said to to you what days I would be able to do and the you sent messages back saying a time. By the time I got the chance to get on the net again and then speak to my gf parents they were out and I messaged you as soon I knew. So again I apologise, like I did in the text I sent.

Sorry but unless cash has exchanged hands you have no rights over the item.
If someone had bid on something via eBay, should I refrain from bidding against them because they have showed interest. Hmm nah.
First come first serve.
When I sell anything, the first person to pay the funds get the item, until that point anyone can bid.
You cannot make a higher offer to gazump after a deal has been agreed
You should only make an offer for an item when you have the funds to pay for it. The seller may agree to wait for payment but this should be discussed in the thread with the seller and they are entitled to refuse.
If a vendor reduces the price for a potential purchaser, that price becomes the new asking price for all. However, the item is reserved for that potential purchaser for 1 hour to accept that offer before others can buy it at the new price. (This is known as 'the one hour rule'.)
The first unconditional offer of the asking price secures the sale
Once a deal has been agreed or an unconditional asking price offer made, you may not withdraw from it without a very good reason. You will need to PM a moderator with an explanation but the moderators still reserve the right to impose a short trading ban.

perhaps you need to read the rules you must abide by when selling on this forum: http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=32644
paying specific attention to:

if you don't agree to them, that's perfectly fine, but you're not entitled to sell here.
seems pretty straightforward to me?
