as jan_tekin said you will loose the CD changer, not sure what you mean by the ruin a dension though, have you already got one?

You will lose you CD change when you install the ipod interface. Plugs in behind the radio so it will be installed in the glove-box.
I remove one when fitting my intravee, wish I never did. I have now removed my intravee and sold it on, It was superb in my old car but when i installed it in the Z'd It keep freezing and it interfered with the telephone so i was call home at 6am which didn't go down to well.

I understand it uses the same pins as the changer, but I intend to get creative with the cable connections, thus hopefully allowing me to use both at (probably) a press of a button
I already have a spare CD changer incase I blow mine up, so my only concern is blowing up something like an intravee or denison.
This falls nicely into the "if it blows up, it's not a majorly expensive lesson" category![]()

I was wondering about this - have any idea how many cores the iPod adapter cable has and how many you would need to switch?
