Yep, the new ones are much better. Currently have 1 old and 1 new but will be changing the old one soon.

I got mine from bmminiparts.com

Saved me using petrol to drive 12 miles to my nearest dealer and saved phoning sopers aswell.

Why change the old style one unless it is broken. :?

The older ones begin to sag when you keep removing and re-fitting the bumper. The new ones don't do this.

You can see this if you look at the gap between wing and bumper. Usually the black plastic bit you can see ends up a wavy line, rather than straight.

Dont keep taking your bumper off then :poke:

Ordered them! They'll be here Thursday, cause even Dick Lovett BMW didn't have any in stock! But that's the last piece of this puzzle! The rest is going off for paint tomorrow, then it will be back fighting fit in no time! I don't like seeing it broken on the drive! :(

Both the front and back bumper clips are " break " to remove, if memory serves.

I had to destroy the remainder of one of my rears and I've got a new front to fit.

I managed to remove one from a spare wing without braking it. I will be trying the same with the one on my car.

I used a radio removal tool which worked a treat.
