FREE Z4 interior bits

I'm missing one of the screw covers from the plastic surround on the transmission tunnel (between passenger seat and transmission tunnel). Do you have one of these?

You and 2 others.....the 2 have already gone I afraid....what is it with these pesky covers?? LOL
 
foxy-stoat, your drivers side front arch liner - do you still have it ? If so can I 'reserve' it ? Happy to pay for it if you can hold onto it for me till I can get to Eastbourne... Or I can convince srhutch or PVR to pick it up from you for me :D

(Assuming these are the same on facelift cars :? )

What's up with that screw cover #19 ? Mine are missing too and I expected they would eventually vibrate out from their new hiding place.
No such luck so far, so now Im wondering if they ever were there ?
Actually cause Im too cheap to purchase one of those $30 stainless steel cup holders ..Im thinking those screws could secure a cup holder / bracket and other stuff.

No you may NOT pay for it !! :thumbsup:

Collection is strictly FOC.

It is damaged thou, where it bolts on the underneath of the car thats missing and where it tuckes under the arch, theres a crack an inch long but you wont see it when its fitted.

When it was fitted it was solid so should be a-ok.

Still has them little doors in and they are undamaged.

Can be collected most evenings after 6pm or at the weekend, PM for contact details.

Hey all...thanks for the interest so far....have posted loads of little freebies and cheapies out!

I have listed the ally trims on ebay for £175...looked up and they are over £500 new...gulp!

So if anyone would like them get in touch as I will do them a lot cheaper for folk on here, to save on the fees...incase you go buying them on ebay !!!

All 3 pieces are in nice condition apart from a little nick on the top of the dashboard bit, but I am sure you can make it good...the scratching on the edge wont be seen as the vent covers this up.

Ideal if you have the wood trim.

I'm after a few bits if you have them?

  • What is the gearknob you have?
    Do you have a drivers side sill cover or both if needs be?
    Do you have the screw cover off the drivers side air vent?
    Do you have the little plastic screw cover / cap that is on the side of the transmission tunnel in the drivers footwell - #Random...lol

Can get pics to explain if needs be.

i haven everything there. gear knob is a black 5 speed on....its on ebay if you a photo. you should be able to find it.

I have but when I removed the head unit I managed to knock all the vent slats out on the left hand vent !!! DOH

If I can put it back together I'll pm you.

Hi chrisba,
This might sound a bit mad but I was going to take out the latts anyway and use the surround as a mount for my android tablet c/w CoPilot sat nav. As this is an experimental project your unit sounds like just the ticket, would hate to ruin a good one.
Happy to pay for the unit and postage.

Bought the car Surday just gone with ths intention of touring Europe for a month with my son this summer, before he gets too old to be seen with his old man.

Loving the drive.
