Found great dealer for cheap parts and accessories

Ordered mine on Tuesday mate and Joe said he would have the part on Wednesday or Thursday. Came via parcelforce 24hr at a cost to Sopers of £17.50
Might turn up later today or 2moz if you got it delivered to home.
OEM strut brace for £197 delivered - even sent me a PDF with the fitting instructions with the quote. Can see why he's getting so much business.
Give him a shout, see if he has a Parcel Force tracking number?

Bought the ZHP and Cruise kit from this guy. Excellent guy to deal with..

I ordered a glovebox lid to replace my broken hindge - £155 inc vat from my local dealer.
Spoke to Neil in Soper who ordered it for me 2 weeks ago - had a text to say it had arrived - spoke to joe yesterday to pay and he managed to get it to £100 exactly inc postage and it arrived this morning - thats like 1/3 off!... funny thing is i told him he was recommended on this forum - and his reply was:
"no wonder we have been getting lots of random orders lately - from headlights to first aid boxes, ZHP's and now your glovebox lid" :lol:

Have used Joe a couple of times now, last one was very urgent and he came through. Am very happy
I know a lot of us have had bad experiences with BMW, I've certainly laid into Cooper BMW* before, and good work isn't always acknowledged so I'm going to write to the general manager at Soper BMW. I made a call, the guys name is Andrew Tullie, just in case anyone else wanted to do likewise.
Other than that, a good place to deal with, much more convenient to have stuff delivered to the office and the discounts mean I've still saved money!

As I'm pretty new here ..did n't want to suggest it but here goes.... on a site i use for my land rover there is a resident parts guru from a non chain ( i.e. not stratstones ) .. he participates on the forum a lot... does a couple of group buys and offers a discount on all parts to forum members.
Perhaps we can ask Joe to become a forum member ? ..... not quite sure how this forum stands in terms of site sponsors..?... any way I'll leave any approach like that to people more senior on this forum than myself .... but i've seen it work really well elsewhere..
The letter is an excellent idea...You could even cc. Steve himself who is still listed as the director...

Got myself an AUX cable for £38 inc delivery. Great value in my opinion..
I asked him why they were cheaper relative to other dealers.
His answer: "Because we're good. We buy at trade price and sell at trade price. We don't differentiate between the public or other trade dealers"

Yup just ordered my window regulator and a few other bits.
Spoke to Neil who first quote the same as my local stealer.
I mumbled a bit then he took around 15 % off the order inc delivery.
