Fitting 19" Alloys to a 3.0Si

What kind of tyre pressures should I be running with my 19's?

Tyre sizes are...

265/35/19
225/35/19

So have you now fitted 19"s ??

End of next month as its MOT time and my 17's are running low on tred. I cant wait as the Bridgestones are truly terrifying with tramlining and cold weather. I just wanted to hold off as long as possible with winter etc.

Then i will order and fit the Eibachs.

What pressures did you run yours at? Looking over the internet 32/35 seems favored.

 If you have no issues then I definitely won't.

Bit of revival with the thread.

I'm pretty sure the offsets of genuine CSL wheels are no good for E85/86 Si, I can't quite remember what they are but I think you need spacers on the front and there a bit pokey on the rears.

Although many people have fitted 19s to the 3.0si with no issues. It may be worth giving this a watch before you decide to put your hard earned cash down on a set.

Not necessarily caused by just going to 19's. The tyres were 40mm wider for a start which will have significantly more rolling resistance and the 19's he put on were almost 5Kg heavier!!
