Finally fitted my 224 M Alloys to my Z4 Today.

Previously had 103's. 224s are my favourite wheel for the roadster and so glad to finally get them on.

Haven't had a chance to wash her yet so she's still covered in Sahara sand so looks a bit golden.

For those that care, i'm running OEM Msport suspension as it's a Pre facelift 3.0i. And currently running standard M profile tyres. Only done about 20 miles today but no rubbing experienced yet, including testing over several road humps.

I've still got 103's and need a change.

Is your roof new? its looks clean and black.
 
Thanks. Nope roof isn't new, infact it's quite dirty at the moment just doesn't show it in the pic.

I've treated it 3 times this year with autoglym roof cleaner and protector. So must have helped.

I know-it just seems that whenever I have the funds to get a new set something goes on the zed :roll: -just had indy diagnose and replace the slip ring last week, still got the whistle/squeak noise, emission light came on again but I am hoping I have cured my leaking door :roll:
 
Hi Dan, I have 224's with M tyres, only rubbing is when I'm full lock in reverse, I'll suffer it until they need replacing. Yours look good!

Just realised there is a downside to fitting my new 224 alloys...

...my model Z4 in my bedroom (don't tell me you guys don't have one too) is now out of date! I wonder if I can get some miniature M wheels :D
