Car cleans in the past have lasted a lot less than today's 8hour marathon! Shattered but very happy with the outcome

MF Mitt used over car, brushes in nooks, arches cleaned with separate mitt

Nxt speed detailer
Optimum Wax
Autosol exhaust with wirewool

Optimum Wax
Auto finesse glass cleaner
Rain x
Fog x

Didn't get any pre pictures, it wasn't very dirty. It's a bit overcast so the pictures don't do it justice. Super deep,wet look shine. I can't stop looking at her and grinning! And running my hands over the paintwork it feels so slick

I've noticed swirling though, so learning to machine polish will happen in the future

Was about the cheapest plate dvla do as well. Not as good as ROB81E, but I don't have 95,000 kicking about for a number plate!!!

When you say 2 bucket wash with fairy do you mean fairy washing up liquid??? :|

I am a car cleaning novice but I was always told to never let that stuff anywhere near paintwork because of the salt which it contains.

I would guess, due to the rest of the products you list, that you know exactly what you are doing in this department.

Have I been told wrongly? Is something others would advise for or against? :fuelfire:

It's used to strip existing products off. You shouldn't use it every wash.
