Is it possible to make the z4 a proper drivers car?

Its not light enough for a sports car buy an Elise

For a daily driver the Z knocks spots off the Elise for comfort and if you get the M or twin turbo only one second slower to 60 than the Elise

Its just the corners where the weight becomes an issue, but hey its not a race track out there !

Have to agree on the weight thing, But in ///M guise the Zed is just as much fun as an Elise. Totaly diferent kind of fun though. My old front drive Mazda 323F Sport, was more presise down a twisting undulating B road. But the Zed requires so much more skill to drive at 8-9 tenths, without risking that final 10th and the hedge that could follow. This for me is the main reason I prefare it over so many other cars. Kind of a heavy, TVR, for folks that don't enjoy the tinkering side quite so much. :D

Interesting thread, the Z4 3.0 is not a GT car, in my opinion. My e63 630i, this is a gt car, fun sports car... guess which of my cars below I prefer driving for fun...

My guess would be the beetle,if its a chilly day

No the beetles dry warm weather use only  so it wouldn't, would actually be the Z which is Testament to how fun I think they are, with an LSD, that a few have mentioned is a good upgrade to make it a proper drivers car, I think it would be even better.
