The z4 has no rear seats why would you take it on a date

Roadster - roof down, wind deflector out, instant seat :D

And anyway, quite apart from back seats being very teenage-fumbling, the only thing you'd get in the back seats of that TT is a very bad cramp :P

Lol can you post a practical example please? Hahaha

No pics - theory only, still working on the test subject :D

Roll hoops - grab handles

I'm curious as to how many others out there leave the Z4 at home when going on a first date. Is it just me? I've worked around many ladies in prof. offices over the last few years, and have found that many of the "gold digging" types (as I perceive them), upon meeting a new guy, are overly interested in what a guy drives, what neighborhood he lives in, whether he's a doctor, barrister, etc. They seem much less interested in his age, character,

I can attest to that, I've no problem finding good looking females to go out with that are at least 20 years younger than myself, the trouble is most already know what car I drive because our village is a hot-bed of gossip,

There do seem to be a never-ending stream of what I also call "gold diggers" that are only looking for security and a comfortable life, I'm sure if I drove an old banger etc I wouldn't get a look in with a lot of them.

The biggest problem I find is when you let them stay over for a weekend they seem to think that's a prelude to moving in!!!!.

If anyone knows these attractive young females that are only interested in a guys car and not his looks or personality, please point them my way

Its the same as men who are only interested in a girl cos of her looks. Its shallow.

Obviously though, theres nothing wrong with that!!!!!

If a girl was to look at my possessions she'd think I was quite wealthy. If she still wanted to be with me, I'd know she was a gold-digger cos I'm a fat ugly pig with no personality.

Then she'd be sussed right out - cos everything I own is on finance....I'm drowning in debt!!! Try gold digging now bitch!!!!

I guess the comparison would be taking a hottie back for the night....then finding out she had man-bits!!!!

edit: I should add that I am happily married now for over 12 years, so 1st dates are not a desire of mine. However, when we got together, I'd just finished Uni, was young, fit and slim, and still had a weird idea that having a degree meant I was destined for a well paid job! HaHa....that didn't turn out well!

Lol i told Kel that due to the fact that the MOD is cutting our pensions down that if anything were to happen between us its no longer worth her fighting to get my pension and she should just leave me to have it...
She can have half of the car finance though

Her lawyers have an answer for this eventuality and needing half of everything...

Well as a guy who has been on a few first dates I can give you an idea of this...

2-3 girls after introducing the car will get in the car, say its nice and that's about it. By that stage I knew there was no spark though, the Z4 wasn't going to miraculously make up for that.

1-2 girls liked the car more than me and therefore just wanted me for materialistic views. It's funny they would text back and were seductive.

1 girl who I currently just had my third date with, we both walked out of the bar on the first date. I asked what car was hers and she looked rather sheepish. I pointed out a Kia and she then said no and pointed to a white Audi TT. I called her a poser bitch... Then I had to point out my Z4. If anything it backed up my story I had ambition and drive to get the best out of life. I think more importantly it shows that maybe you both have a passion for nice cars.

I get quite a few smiles from girls in my car but I am at traffic lights, I have no way to take advantage of that. Is my car a fanny magnet? Well it's attracted a 2 girls and I am convinced its came in to their thinking however are those girls right for me? No! I am just looking for a nice girl who likes my car but likes me more importantly. If they want a nice car then they can go and work for one like I did...

I'm glad I'm on the white haired /wrinkly side of life reading this and not giving a tinkers cuss whether or not a woman likes my car or thinks its a bit flash.

Still young enough to enjoy life and old enough not to care or have to go to work in the morning! :D
