Feeling old

I‘m feeling old - I was watching the RBL Festival of remembrance last night.
The Chelsea Pensioners marched on and the announcer mentioned that the youngest was 67years as if to emphasise just how old they were!

Hire a 25yr old hooker.....then you can be as old as you're feeling..... :P
And if he or she wears you out it’s a good way to go :D

Well judging by this poll there are at least 10 more forum members keeping you company!

My lovely wife is 55 but won't see 56....... See? Age doesn't matter.

Awful situation you are in Steve, my thoughts are with both of you.

Thanks Andy. She is back in hospital now. Our last trip out was 'Zedding it up' on the south coast about this time last year. One never knows what's around the corner in this life.

Bloody ‘ell, I’m oldest so far, 74 last July.

Despite cancer and a stroke I’m still feeling good but must admit that an afternoon nap is becoming the norm these days :)

The House of Commons has :father of the house - we should have some accolade on this forum?

If it’s any consolation, I’ve had heart surgery twice, spinal surgery once, walk wobbly even with a stick and have a blue badge! Oh I forgot about Diabetes as well

This isn’t an attempt at old gits operations top trumps!
Just got to soldier on.

Sorry to hear about your wife Steve, prayers for you both mate.
Ron, at least you're younger than John

Last band watched live was Rammstein a couple of years ago, favourite band Tool, favourite pastime front rowing on Europes best rollercoasters, 150 MPH at the Nurburgring on a bike, looking forward to another bottle of red wine. At 67 you're as old as you want to be.......! :-D

Exactly!
Mine made it to 45, with 6 months notice!
Age is just a number. It's how you fill your allotted time!
Thoughts are with you both Steve!

My first wife died at 50, after an 18 month battle.

Stay strong Steve, we are all with you.

I guess you are trying to make me feel better? It is not a competition. I wish I hadn't said anything now.
