Yes it does, and has about 47k on it at the moment.

It looks filthy most of the time, and just gets a rinse. But then every few months it gets a proper seeing to.

Well, after having lived with it for over 2 years, I think I'd have preferred the standard ///M's carbon leather.

But it doesn't seem to come up often on ebay, and BMW want about £1200 for the replacement parts.
