Because the Modified CDV does not delay the clutch!! If they put one in then it would defeat the purpose!!
I would think that BMW should not put one in!!

It makes one hell of a difference. I had it done this morning. Usually I would feather the cluch and still come out jerky about 10-20% of the time. Today - it was smooth as silk. I dropped a friend off to pick up his car this afternoon after work. He asked me if I had been practicing my shiftsbecause his head did not 'bob' anymore
