Tell you in person not on here or some might get emotional, but it was like smokey and the bandit, all i needed was a red shirt, tash and a cowboy hat :|

Only because you couldn't even keep up with a 118d :poke:

The cars are for driving, not nursing round the lanes - one thing I love is the opportunity to drive more enthusiastically on meets, because you can effectively take your cue from whoever is in front of you, knowing they are in a car with comparable performance.

That said, I agree about overtaking - you shouldn't have to worry that the person behind you is going to pull out at the same time as you, there's no need. Happened to me on one run and it scared the sh1t out of me - well out of order

Doin over a ton was stupid hence wont allow it on my meets, all other meets they can do that i just wont be goin. :!:

The last Zed run I was on in Arizona, I hit 125 more than a few times as the "M Racers" at the front were pushing a bit hard for a public road. I had to explain to them that if they get caught they get a ticket and a wrist slap, as a Canadian committing "felony speeding" I could get deported. Better to slow down a bit ....even if the road is straight.....

Add me to the list. Mid June should mean warm weather, warmer tarmac and softer tyres :D

Which important when driving at or below posted speed limits because... :fuelfire: :P

I'll have you know Johnny YOU copy me! My car, my style and my watch. The only thing you don't copy me on is my ugg boots.

Either way, at least my watch is REAL ;) ... And works!!

Kane

Just wondered what sort of mileage you do on your Essex trip Jonny, I wouldn't mind coming down for a nice day out but I live near Felixstowe, which is a good run down to start with, I used to live near Romford 7 years ago until I moved to Suffolk, did I see last year you ended up at Southend somewhere along the front cheers Andy

Cruises are usually around 200 miles round trip or under. that includes getting there and home for me
