I now have the ESS exhaust fitted so thought i would give you lot the lowdown on it.
Note: This is just the backbox.
It was a straight forward job of cutting through the standard twin pipes and slotting on the backbox and tightening a couple of clamps. A few bits needed to be removed to do this such as the strengthing struts underneath the car. Mainly so that the center section could be pulled down a bit to get the cutting tool right in. You can see its a lot smaller than the original box and quite a bit lighter.
It sounds very much like standard, except imagine the difference of someone pressing the 'Bass Boost' button on your HiFi.
I'm really pleased as i heard the Miltek and thought it was too much, nobody rubber-necks round when im driving down the road!
In conjunction with the Helene filter the car sounds very deep and bassy now :evil:
