Engine strut brace?

Has anyone tried this one?

Someone has it here, on the forum, AFAIR there was a problem with bonnet closure sensor, which had to be removed, or maybe only moved..
But ultraracing is kown of making strong and reliable braces - used a lot by owners of japaneese modified cars.
