I bid them up to £350, but never really wanted them they're non heated and manual. yes i know you can swap the bases for electric ones, but I just can't be bothered
worth the money for around £400. anymore and you probably won't see your money back. Heated is a must for me.

I was 30 just two days ago.
People just like different things. Is that so hard to understand?
GuidoK said:Total bargain in my book.
Heating is for sissy's and electric is only handy if multiple people drive the cars (which is rarely the case with garage queens)
I have both heated and electric seats and I could totally do without (only once had the heating on to see if it worked...)
If the seller was able to ship it to the mainland for a decent price he could get much more for these (I believe manual seats dont distinct between lhd and rhd)

What sort of money do they fetch on the mainland these days?
I remember paying just over £500 for my mint heated/elec ones in the UK but that was nearly three years ago now. I remember thinking that was about my limit but did manage to sell my existing ones for £300 at the time making it more palatable.
What sort of money does a mint heated/elec set fetch these days in the UK and Europe?

I paid £750 for a mint set of M seats electric & heated 18 months ago

If you want mint ones right away expect to pay €3000 because you'll end up with the german ebay traders.
Private sellers differ.
I saw a black set on the german forum for 800 euro (heated electric), they were gone within 2 seconds.
I saw a red set on the german forum (manual but heated) for 2000 euro, they also sold (dont know for how much, but a lot.)
Usually every set in normal/good condition will get sold for 1250/1500 euros, maybe more.
Depends on whether you advertize on ebay and are willing to ship.
If you have a set in moderate nick, manual not heated, like this, expect to get €1000 at least I think.
(these are virtually the most basic ones, non electric, no heating and oregon leather instead of new england/walknappa)
So shipping manual seats to the mainland (no rhd-lhd refitting necessary) could be a nice business. Maybe also refitted rhd-lhd electric seats too.
M seats are hardly a bonus when selling the complete car but on their own, they're gold because they're probably the most wanted option for people who dont have them but already have the car.
The point is, buying them at the dealer (in parts) you'll end up paying €3000/piece
