Early birthday present

Thanks guys n gals.

I love the plate i was not sure on them until i got this  Angie she is 100% a keeper!! I brought her an eternity ring for a special birthday. this is my eternity ring

She has got 2 sisters Andy both taken though!!

I really love the plate but although the spaced one is very obviously spaced... I am sure there is a way of making it less illigal looking but still 100% H1 5 MAT and not H15 MAT witch might make me look like another mans man!! whats the deal on cutting down the ends of the plate to make it physically shorter?

I have a non legal stick on plate on my car at the moment (front) and had been running one in the window for a while. I really dont want to drill my smothed out bumper to fit it!!

I had a shorter plate before Mat and the car went through the MOT etc fine and i never had an issure with the Cops. As long as the spacing is good they are not too bothered. :)

There's no legally defined size a plate has to be it just needs a certain (legally defined) amount of spacing around the letters so with less letters you can legally run smaller.

With regards to drilling your bumper there's really no need, here's what I did with mine using a bit of number plate tape and some home-made brackets, you are welcome to copy or (more likely given what you have done to your car) improve on the idea:

H1 5 back at ya Si
Thanks perry by all accounts she has been look at number plates and going mad trying to make scene of them!! she want H1 5 SAM now

Thats a good idea in fact it could be genius.... I am 100% cutting mine down.

Some right steals to be had these days, mine was only 149 quid.

Got the mrs k155 kbn in memory of her son and my old man E10 (ello) msw in memory of my brother.

Well worth the £££s to see the smiles on their faces!

There are some people who think personalised number plates are pretentious bling and are often purchased by people who dont have a clue what goes on under the bonnet. Not going to say what side of the fence I sit.

Well Mike if you sit on the wrong side. Let me assure you I have a fair idea what is going on with my v6 rear engined Z4 thank you very much!!!!
