E89 RTAB questions

I'm in the UK so looking for UK supplier or EU. I'm replacing my rtabs rear trailing arm bushes on E89 23i . But after getting the car stripped and bush out (quite easy with correct tool set I used this kit : https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0D6N3VN65 )

but unfortunately i had purchased the wrong bush to replace with so my options seem to be:

1. get oem bush and fit
2. get oem bush and limiters
3. get polybush

I was looking to just replace with poly bushes because if i go oem then i would want to get limiters also. The only place i've found for the limiters is here : https://www.hackengineering.co.uk/product/condor-speed-shop-rtab-limiter-kit-e36e46-inc-m3/ but again not sure if these will fit . and so the price of the limiters and the oem I thought poly would be the way to go.

But I can't find a set of poly bushes for E89 ? Are they the same as E85/6 ? I've read that E89 suspension is same as E85 mostly. I'm confused since I've seen that the PFR5-3608 from powerflex are recommended but not for the E89 ? There 's 2 types PFR5-3608H and PFR5-3608 .. and demon tweaks say they don't fit : https://www.demon-tweeks.com/uk/powerflex-pack-of-2-black-series-rear-trailing-arm-bushes-pfxpfr5-3608blk/

I check out polybush but there page doesn't list E89 https://www.polybush.co.uk/product-category/bmw/?v=8529f1b19d5e

So I'll give powerflex a call but has anyone fitted poly bush and what ones did you use ? What about the limiters, anyone know best supplier for these ?

Also, I get the preloading with the 8mm and the alignment of the bracket, but does the OEM bushing need to be inserted into the arm in a certain way? . does the split have to be oriented to a certain spot ? My old bushes are absolutely shot they fell apart when i pushed them out.

And finally, the brackets that came out are probably reusable with a bit of wire brushing and paint, seem solid but are quite corroded and flaked. I;m thinking i might just replace these as well since i need to order bushes anyway,

So either oem https://www.sytnerstevenagebmwparts.co.uk/p/132028401/33303411878.html, or
I could get epych which apparently are flat, so it;s like having a limiter, so i can fit oem bush without a limiter for same effect? ? Will polybush fit here ?
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/224902388659

Then there's this that look like the epych but are literally the half price for a pair ? is this dodgy
https://www.speedingparts.co.uk/p/model-specific/bmw-3230/bmw-e36/wheel-suspension/bmw-e36-e46-z4-rear-toe-adjustable-brackets.html

So any advice would be most welcome. poly bush which one, where to get in UK? Or oem bushes + limiters, where to get limiters ? and bracketes - do either poly or oem without limiters fit these flat sided brackets ?

many thanks

I went with the epych RTAB mounts…much much better quality than the OE and these boys for most of the rear bushes….expensive ..but very good..

I did pass through a site listing polybushes for E89.
I was looking at those trailing link bushes, polyflex did show two part in the regular purple colour.
https://www.powerflexsuspensionbushes.co.uk/powerflex-rear-arb-end-link-to-arm-bush-pfr5-315-for-bmw-z4-e89-2009---128818-p.asp

Powerflex don't make E89 rtab bushes apparently. So I can't get them even if I want them. other option would be something like https://www.poperformance.co.uk/shop/polyurethane-bushes/443-rear-trailing-arm-front-bush-sport.html but I'm sceptical to be honest that these will fit, anyway I just went oem bush from BMW direct.

I ordered the SWAGIER bracket as above, But Now I'm thinking the original bolt won't be long enough since the sides are not recessed . this is part no : Collar screw M12X1,5X70-10.9 2 33326760389
Maybe it will be long enough, since the body of the bracket will be narrower, am I right ?

I just ordered a set of these, will decide what to do when it all arrives. Powerflex Rear trailing arm front bush
SKU: 031173B, these are 80Hsa and specified to replace E89 rtab 33326785200 so maybe I will do this.

so i got all the bits. Think I will go with OEM bush rather than polly after doing lots of reading it seems poly is not so good on rtab due to requirement for multi axis movement, and the oem will probably ride better as well.

Looks like i will need to trim the little rubber protrusions to make it fit into the new mounts but i don't see a problem with that.

Question : Does anyone know if the rotational alignment of the bush itself matters - i.e. where the split in the alu shell is orientated within the arm itself? I know about the preloading, but there's not much out there about the orientation of the split.
