Not sure if E89s do for me but that is one hell of a fantastic looking car and exactly the colour combo I’d go for!! I need to go and stare at my MR for a while 😊

Very nice car for someone on here.

OK the stubby replacement would be an additional cost but best of luck on the sale

Wasn't a long ownership :( i didn't get on with the DCT box  but that aside it was a great car & looking at i now it''s hard not to think the E89 has stood the test of time in terms of styling , it still looks very fresh .

Hi... how time flies hey! I actually quite like the box, it's really smooth when pottering around and knock it in to sport shift and it's quick and holds each gear longer, or just use the paddles in manual. Engine has so much torque and flexibility doesn't really matter what gear your in ..LOL
It is quite timeless, once on it's private plate people have throught I'd bought a "new" car.

I'm based in the midlands, Rugby/Daventry area, grab it before I change my mind again.....

I plan to be at Zedfest in Shepshed for anyone interested, after that it will either go on Autotrader or I will have a change of heart and keep it !!!

Yes September 2010 manufactured date, so says the VUN number search.
More pictures from Zedfest if required. (It was well complimented :) .... Which I'll use for AT listing.

Last chance before spring next year as it will be SORN and stored/garaged over the winter from early November.
Price reduced to reflect the time of year.......

I'd didn't SORN it, neither did I drive it much so mileage is still only around 82,000 I'll accept 14,250 which is not only the cheapest you will find, this is also the highest spec your likely to find as well.

I do have the original aerial and silver grey grills if someone wants it to look more original.

In brief:-
iDrive with top SATNAV
Top end DPS Stereo with the subs etc behind the seats, hard drive storage etc.
Blue tooth phone connection and voice control.
PDC front and rear (Parking sensors)
Extended stowage/Ski hatch
Cup holders !!!!
Heated memory seats
Adaptive lights
Chromatic dipping mirrors.
Comfort access/fold.
Adaptive dampers - replaced less than 10,000 miles ago (Plus new Eibach springs and rubbers)
Full service history - last service was a major one with plugs etc.
Boot wiring fixed (the broken wire issue)
Machine polished and ceramic coated.
Loads of paperwork and documents/invoices back to first owners.
Has additional security fitted, buyer would have option to retain or I would get it removed by the professional installer.
MOT is due in March, so I would get a new test done before hand over.

Private plate now removed and V5 returned.....
MOT booked for 3rd March which will give it over 12 months ticket.

Still the best priced and spec car I can see for sale... any questions please ask.
Goes on Autotrader next weekend.

The DCT Box is great, very smooth, nice pick up and very quick changes in sport mode...... Don't know what Mr W was on about!!!

Sold from the Piston heads advert, to a non forum member.
They got a great deal I think, compared to the ambitious prices on AT it seems, market isn’t acknowledging the iS yet. Plus I think the scaremongering on forums and FB puts people off.
For ref I dropped to 13.5 to close the deal.
They have feedback, “love it” …. Is great car, will miss it , now to find something else..,,
M2? G29 ? A110?

Hell of a lot of car for 13.5!

I think the e89 "is not a proper sports car" narrative puts off the kind of people who would go for a 35is... they end up in a Boxster and all the Z4 buyers are happy with a 20i.

Not sure the market will ever acknowledge the 35is to be honest, it's never been particularly sought after or loved - which is probably part of the appeal for me...
