I never liked racing stripes on the Z4... they always looked "off" to me... (goes to show differences in opinion :lol: )

+1 - agree, the only one I have ever seen that I liked was a ruby black coupe with red stripes, on here. Looked awesome, I think the stripes forgave the roof quite a lot

going off topic:
What about the M-stripes on the sides? That's more what I would go gor (but in different color):

That looks good, but the wide body and low stance (ie: dedicated race car) is a big part of it working.

I like the louvre idea and ///M stripes along the top of the wings, I always liked the wing vents on an ///M car and would have liked something similar on mine, don't know why BMW didn't do them on the Z4 :?

Whilst the ///M hood is a good idea which I like, I think the ///M brigade won't like the idea
