At the end of the day it's only worth what someone is willing to pay.

This is the key point,

GLWTS and I think your attitude to selling is the right one try it at £7000 and see what the market says. Do a decent detailed listing too as I think that will help with the sale as well.

Yep, good luck with the sale or just sell it to me for 5.5 - 6 :D

Yes, decades. First Z ordered in 2003 and had them until 2014, just want another one for my son and I to bring to perfection and play with. Gone from 7 cars in the garages to 5 so have space to add something.

In 2019, 3.0si were about 6k. I was half looking at the time but didn’t buy and then all hell broke lose. The cars are 3 years older now and getting more ropey from what I see and are not selling at the peak prices any more.

This is the issue, they are older cars now and do need maintenance unfortunately.

There is lots of them for sale which haven't been maintained too well and people are still asking top money for them even though they'd need a fair bit of cash to bring them up to standard.

I agree - when I see cars for sale at about £2.5 - £3k over their value (in my eyes) with rust, dents and items not working (you know the one ), I would buy something different if I wanted an “ok” car.

I can only assume you mean my car. What would a fair price be, in your eyes?
