Duxford Spring Car show 2014

My car is completely stock, so I'll look a bit boring compared to the rest of you! My wheels were supposed to be refurbed tomorrow but inconveniently the guy scheduled to do the work has left the business. Damn 294s as well so usually quite expensive.
To All Attendees'
Just had email from Duxford.
Entry is through GATE 1 and opens at 9.30am. Entrance fee £10 per person (as apposed to normal £17.50) bargain
Children under 16 free of charge.
Due to last minute additions and changes to numbers, car clubs will be allocated their pitches on the day.
Please advise your members that they will be directed to their pitches on the day by our parking marshals.
Please could you also remind your members that as we are a live airfield, dogs (unless registered disability dogs) and bbq’s are not permitted on site
This year there will be children’s face painting available and a caricaturist on the ready to draw you next to your pride and joy!!
Let’s hope the weather will be as great as it was last year!!

I'd like some input please if you guys don't mind on how best to position our cars, i.e all same colours together or engine size together??

Do we have to be there by 9.30 ? Or will 10 be ok ? I've already promised Wee Bing that it'll not be as early a start as usual...
I might come to this, looks fun and my exam is done this Wednesday. Is it too late to sign up?
Gates open at 9.30am so any time after that is fine but not too late :lol:
I'm sure I read a cut off time for entry somewhere but cant find it so don't worry about that.
One thing though I remember from last year is that they didn't like vehicles leaving too early.

Me too. Will probably be at south mimms around 8.30 for a coffee if anyone else is around. Weather f/c is cloudy and 16...
