The Jag club go every year and I have never heard of any premium to pay. We had gazebos and banners.
I get £2.5M indemnity cover to fly model RC planes which only costs me £37 per year, so Im sure it cant cost much.

The RED arrow in the top right is the visitors car park and entrance.

If this year is like last year the exhibitors entrance is were the BLACK arrow is in the bottom left which is the one we want.

The Jag club is as it says though, "A Club" and they probably have insurance bought through membership fee's

We are only a forum.

They have stated in the email that 5 million pound third party public liability insurance is needed to display banners or gazebo's otherwise they will be taken down.

Indeed. We should meet at Thurrock services and then have a race to Duxford :D
 
I'll be coming from the west (Biggleswade). So Thurrock is out for me as its a bit of a detour, is anyone else coming from this direction? A505 from Royston or M11 from Cambridge?

Gates open at 10am on the day, through Gate 1 and parking marshals will show your members to your pitches.
Its further down the road from the normal visitors entrance.
