Bad news. Hope you put up a good fight monkey!

Anyone else interested? If there's only a few it may not be worth setting up a club pitch

Just as I was thinking. I thought there would be more people up for this
We need a few more at least to make it worthwhile. There has to be a minimum of 5 cars.
I haven't made an application yet so will give it another couple of weeks before I do to see if I get anymore interest.

Got a pass from the wife, just trying to talk Wee Bing into it. To be honest I reckon I'll go even without him, be a laugh.

Might be worth contacting BMWCC UK - looks like they go along, so may be able to help getting us an In-field display area of our own ? Though you probably already thought of that so I'll shut up...

We will have our own display area
Do I add you to the list?

Thread bump, any more interest as this show isn't far off and we need to decide if it's worth having our own stand/area

Just as I was going to do but you have beat me to it.
I still haven't sent the application off yet, so come on guys lets see some interest.
The minimum number of cars for a stand is 5 and I think that I have 5 names BUT 5 is not a good display of cars IS IT

With the amount of active members on the forum I thought there would have been more people up for it.

GET YOUR NAMES DOWN

Any chance we can have a go on the airfield?

I won't be able to commit one way or the other for another month - this is bang in the middle of a busy few weeks my wife is planning, and need to wait until her plans are finalised.

There were no cars on the airfield last year, just planes I'm afraid.

I reckon there were a few hundred cars on show, all parked up on grassy areas in between the hangers. Was a great atmosphere, I just hope winter doesn't hang around too long this year. Last year the weather was amazing, may not be so good if it rains all day.

Maybe we need to mention this show in the main forum areas, or send a group pm to members we know around this area. Be great if we did have enough for a stand. Either way I'll definitely be there whether I have to park in the car park, or on stand. Be nice to put some names to faces as I've only met 2 forum members so far from buying bits.

just spotted this, I won't be there but if there is going to be a stand then is the forum banner required?

Third party liability insurance to the value of 5 million pound is needed to display banners or gazebo's, so that's out.

Be worth changing the first post with names, makes it easier to find.

Added names to my first post.

I need to put approx number of cars attending on the application form. Any thoughts??
I don't want to put 20 and only 5 turn up.
