All of my previous cars were FWD, and I've only had the Z4 for 2 months, with DSC on all of the time. I switched to DTC for a little bit the other day and taking a wider corner with no other traffic around I gave her some power. Scary but fun! I'll be doing much more practice getting used to the response before I do anything wilder though![]()

I thought (nievely) that no assists were on as standard and that pressing DTC switched the traction control on :!: one time out in the wet with the DTC light on the back wheels came out a bit on a roundabout, with the triangle lighting up, and i thought to myself 'good job the DTC is on!'. Oh dear.
Now that I know whats what, will try switching everything fully off tomorrow!
