DSC playing up

Hey guys,

My dsc is kicking in at low speed for no reason. Checked the data stream through OBD from the abs unit and i’m getting something strange:

With the dsc turned off i get perfect wheel speed sensor readings while accelerating.

With the dsc turned on i get the front right reading randomly dropping and the dsc kicking in.

I changed the front right wheel speed sensor even though it was reading fine with the dsc turned off and it didn’t help of course. Could this be anything other than the abs control unit at this point?

Did you examine all wheel sensors?
I had big DSC issues recently that were caused by buildup of brake dust or other junk on one of the sensors.

I doubt the DSC module is at fault. I would be suspecting a sensor or the wiring.

I’d also check the ABS rings. Not a common issue on E85/6 but had to replace on my old E87. Issue exactly as OP reporting.
