My 326 wheels were replaced within warranty.
Out of warranty is out of warranty. You're on your own then. Fairs fair. :|

However goods do have to be fit for purpose and exhibit a quality that could be reasonably expected?

I'm not sure if the e89's TPS is based on rotational reduction or internal pressure, either way it should have pinged up regardless, the tyres were totally flat.
