Added to that the EA are so useless they haven't sorted a breach in the river upstream, so my favourite fishing venue has 3ft less water than it should. Blaming nesting birds now as to why they can't fix it. It breached in January.
It was 12c here today and it hailed! So cold it took an hour for it to melt.
It is bloody depressing!
Don't worry. Three days of no rain in July it will be back.pvr said:But at least no hosepipe ban

So no siting in the garden this year on Fathers' day eating home made scones with lashings of Devon cream and strawberry jam. :thumbsdown:buzyg said:MikeyH said:They keep saying due to climate change we will have warmer summers and wetter winters. You need to move across the river Mike. The ground on Bodmin moor is like concrete. Had no significant rain up there for a month. Apparently it is coming on Thursday though. Can't come on Wednesday, as I'm climbing at Berry Head.
