Deposit taken: veeman VFS-23 almost new with khumo rubber

Sorry Jamie, I meant the design of the wheels. But they look lovely on the (awesomely coloured) E92!

[ref]jamie_z4[/ref], na... I have no control over what the courier may do.

We use couriers all the time, goods are insured and I’m sure Jamie would ensure they’re packed and protected correctly, I’ve sent wheels to both Poland and France with no issues whatsoever

Those wheels look great! I'm also a Veemann fan after Andy convinced me to check them out (ended up with some VFS33s with Ecstas, but was also considering these wheels). Best of luck with the sale. Someone will grab themselves an utter steal!

I think an issue for the E89 guys is that the tyres are probably not what they would want with their posh alloys...

It may be snobbery but....

I thought about it but kicked it into touch on that basis..

Sorely tempted..but 19" and potholes...

Really? The rubber? I’ve got some Kumho on mine and really happy with them - so good for a mid range tyre!

I know what you mean about the potholes, but that’s the compromise with 19s I guess.

Have to agree on the Kumho rubber being more than capable on a Z4 , its been a long time since they were classed as budget & whilst not "premium" brand they most definitely rank among the Hankook , Falken , Yokohama , Uniroyal range of tyres imo

I wish someone would buy these quick.... cos i'm surely tempted.
but as i have a holiday coming before next pay day it would be too tight

Thanks, as lads above have said these are more than your avarage mid range tyre.

Also the wheels alone brand new are £780 so even with that logic the tyres are free

I knew it would start a flame war...I think you missed the point....if you poll the E85 guys they tend to run mid range rubber....the E89 guys tend to run premium rubber..

Of course there are always exceptions....

Also you can get brand new ones for £740..

The other issue is whether the TPMS that works on an. E85 is the same as an E89...

Not wishing to piss on anyone’s bonfire but just looking at the facts...and ...typical buying behaviour...

Just articulating my own thoughts.....from an E89 perspective...which I’m politely trying to suggest may not be the same as an E85 perspective...

Even within the E89 clan you have the US type guys looking at spending £2k on suspension and £2k on turbos...

:poke:
